Service Description

RAS Patron, Councilor Kathy Nielson has graciously offered to sit for members to paint her portrait. It should be a fun day getting to know more about Kathy and sharing ideas. Bring your own: Canvas/paper, medium, brushes & pallet, easel (some available). Morning Tea is provided.
