Max 2 -7 artworks per member depending on sizes:

• 1 Large (max 1m x 1m) plus 1 medium   OR

• 2 medium     

• PLUS up to 4 small paintings (max perimeter 60cm) 

• 3 small sculptures          OR

• craft work

Entries open July 1st - Sept 2 (or until 100 works entered)

Drop off artworks to the Waverly Library on Thursday Sept 19th, 10 am

Entry fee: $15 per Large or Medium entry, or $5 each for each small painting or sculpture/craft

Any medium accepted EXCEPT prints of paintings

Artwork must be clean, tidy, undamaged, suitably framed ready for hanging.

Artworks on paper to be framed, unframed canvas must have sides painted..

Identification: Name, Title, Medium, Year & price on back

Same info on a hanging label attached to hanging cord, which can be seen when paintings are hung,  so that the correct label can be stuck to the wall next to it

D Rings and hanging wire/rope (no other screws or hooks) must be attached approx. 10-15cm from top of frame.

All works must be for sale. Waverly Library will apply a 20 % commission on all sales.

Pick up works 9am - 10am Thurs Oct 17 from Waverley Library
